The club, its mem­bers and non-member par­tic­i­pants are cov­ered by the civ­il lia­bil­i­ty insur­ance of Vélo-Québec Asso­ci­a­tion. This insur­ance cov­ers all the par­ties men­tioned dur­ing out­ings orga­nized by the club, out­ings in which non-mem­bers can also take part, in order to increase the mem­ber­ship rate of the club.

Insurance in case of accident

No one is immune to acci­dents and con­ven­tion­al insur­ance is some­times insuf­fi­cient in the face of claims incurred when cycling. For your own safe­ty, the club oblig­es its mem­bers and non-member par­tic­i­pants to take out insur­ance adapt­ed to the prac­tice of cycling.

The club encour­ages its mem­bers to take out indi­vid­ual acci­dent insur­ance adapt­ed to the prac­tice of cycling offered by Vélo-Québec. A $10 dis­count is avail­able for our mem­bers. A pro­mo code will be sent to you fol­low­ing your reg­is­tra­tion with the CVRQ. This mem­ber­ship also includes an annu­al sub­scrip­tion to Vélo Mag mag­a­zine and dis­counts on events, train­ing and prod­ucts from Vélo Québec and oth­er part­ners.
